The Consultant-Client relationship, all information and services provided under that relationship, and any agreement between the parties, SHALL BE GOVERNED BY, CONSTRUED AND ENFORCED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS, as they are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within such jurisdiction.
